The conference proceedings will be published as a special issue of Journal of Physics and Chemistry of Solids after peer-review, within a year after the conference. Both poster and oral presentations will qualify for inclusion. 
Please send the original and four (4) copies of each manuscript (6 printed-pages for Keynote Lectures, 4 printed-pages for Oral and Poster Contributions) to Publication Committee Chair* until 18 April 2003 by Air-Mail. Or please submit them to the conference desk at first day of the conference (19 May, 2003). In order to ensure rapid publication, no manuscript will be accepted after the stated deadline.
