Registration and Fees
On-Line Registration for the meeting should be sent by 30 April
2003.
Immediately after your registration is completed, you will receive the Payment Information by e-mail. Fulfill the Payment Sheet and send it
by FAX, according to the information. Payment of registration fees should be made only in Japanese Yen both for foreign participant and Japanese participant.
Payments should be made only by Credit Card.

You can pay the registration fee at the desk of conference. Note that we can accept the payment by Credit Card or Japanese Yen only.
All participants registered for the scientific program will receive the book of abstracts and the Proceedings, qualify to attend the Get-Together Party and receive the refreshment. You can find many restaurants for lunch in and near the university. The Accompanying Persons package is described later in this announcement.
It is essential that the participant’s name is clearly specified.
On receipt of your payment and credit card guarantee, confirmation will be forwarded to you by Kinki Nippon Tourist Co. Ltd.
